The bakery was created in 2005 with two rules: 1) Creating a bakery free of harmful ingredients and 2) Wearing cute uniforms! The bakery focuses on creating sweet treats for people who are usually unable to indulge in them—people with gluten, dairy, and egg intolerances. Sullivan Street Bakery is another Italian bakery that specializes in affordable Italian bread. The bakery opened in 1994 with the goal of creating delicious, handcrafted bread. The menu features bread loaves, pizza doughs, baguettes, brioche buns, and biscotti.
